Celtic Art Paintings and Ink Drawings

Celtic Art – This page features celtic art paintings and pen and ink drawings. I drew and painted all artwork by hand including the borders. The colored paintings I painted using gouache, watercolor or acrylic paint. I used a crow quill pen with a Speedball 22B nib and a Koh-I-Noor No.127 nib holder to draw the pen and ink drawings. The celtic borders for the pen and ink pieces I inked using a 1.20mm Koh-I-Noor Rapidograph with circle templates and a french curve. Refer to the captions to see which paint (acrylic, gouache or watercolor) I used to paint a particular painting. The black and white pieces are all pen and ink.

Prints of these artworks can be bought at my store on . To purchase originals, please send me a message through my Contact page.
